Osprey Homes was founded by two longtime friends with a shared vision: to build high-quality homes where families can grow, connect, and thrive. With decades of combined experience in homebuilding, land development, and construction management, we saw an opportunity to do things differently, to build with more care, more integrity, and more heart.

Building homes isn’t just what we do, it’s part of who we are. In fact, homebuilding runs deep in both of our families.
