Founded by two longtime friends with deep roots in homebuilding and development, we bring together decades of hands-on knowledge and a commitment to doing things the right way, from the ground up.
But we’re more than just builders. We’re dads, husbands, and community members who understand the importance of creating spaces that support everyday life. Our team combines personal care with professional expertise, treating every project like it’s for our own families, because that’s how we’d want to be treated.

McKay Turnbull is an experienced home builder and developer with a strong background in construction management, real estate, and community development. With a passion for quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design, he brings over a decade of hands-on industry expertise to every project. As co-founder of Osprey Homes, McKay is focused on creating family-friendly communities across the Treasure Valley that reflect lasting value and livability.
Vice President
Justin Valdez is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in concrete foundations, general contracting, and full-scale development. As a co-founder of Osprey Homes, he combines over a decade of hands-on expertise with a deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Justin is dedicated to delivering reliable, turnkey building solutions that stand the test of time.
Marketing Manager
Sara Turnbull is the Marketing Manager for Osprey Homes, where she specializes in connecting homebuyers with the right community, floor plan, and lifestyle. With a background in real estate marketing and a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences, she develops targeted strategies that drive new home sales and build lasting relationships. Based in Boise, Sara blends data-driven insights with creative storytelling to help families discover their next chapter with Osprey Homes.
Superintendent
Eugene Berry is the Superintendent at Osprey Homes, where he manages on-site construction to ensure every home is built with precision, quality, and care. With extensive experience in residential building and a hands-on approach, Eugene keeps projects on schedule while maintaining the high standards Osprey Homes is known for. Based in Boise, he plays a vital role in delivering homes that families can trust for generations.

Jameson Shaw is a Boise native, husband, and father of three who brings a personal, service-first approach to real estate. With a background in business, sales, and construction, and a degree from BYU–Idaho, he offers well-rounded expertise to guide clients through every step of the process.
